What is ZIZIJA?

ZIZIJA is a commission-free service search platform with an open service directory. You can search, filter, and compare listed services yourself, then send an inquiry. The platform does not find people for you, take a service commission, or handle service payments. After a Merchant accepts your inquiry, both of you can contact each other through a verified phone number or WhatsApp.

Really zero commission?

Yes. The platform does not take a service commission from Members or Merchants, and does not handle service payments. Fees are agreed and paid between the two of you.

Will you find someone for me?

No. The platform does not search for or assign people on your behalf, and does not guarantee that you will find a suitable service. Use search and filters, choose for yourself, then contact directly.

How do I search?

On the search page you can filter by category, area, price, and other conditions, or type a full sentence. The directory only shows listed services. You compare them and decide who to contact.

Do I need to log in to search?

You can browse and search without logging in. To send an inquiry to a Merchant, you must sign in with a Personal Profile and verify a contact phone number.

How do I contact a Merchant?

On a service page, choose Contact Merchant and submit the inquiry form. Only a Personal Profile can send an inquiry. After the Merchant accepts, both of you can contact each other through a verified phone number or WhatsApp. Phone numbers are not shown publicly.

What happens after I inquire?

After you send an inquiry, the Merchant may accept or decline. Once accepted, you can contact each other directly. When the service is finished or cancelled, both sides close that inquiry. Open inquiries are listed on the Contact page.

Do I pay now?

Search and inquiries are free to use on the platform. Service fees are settled directly with the Merchant. The platform does not collect or handle those payments.

How do ratings work?

After both sides close the inquiry, you may write a star rating. A rating that has not been submitted is not counted. Ratings appear on the relevant profile and service.

What if something’s off?

If a dispute arises, speak with the other party first. You may also submit a complaint from the related inquiry, service, or profile, or block them to stop new inquiries. The platform does not arbitrate transactions.

How do I list?

Sign up as a Merchant, create a Business Profile, complete your business information, and add at least one service. That service can then appear in the public directory.

Is it free?

You can list for free. The free plan includes one searchable service. The platform does not take a commission on completed work.

Any commission?

No commission. After a Member contacts you through an inquiry, you collect and are paid directly. The full fee stays with the Merchant.

The free plan allows one searchable service at a time. A paid plan will add more slots; see merchant plans for details. The Pro plan is coming soon.

How do Members find me?

Members browse the public directory with search, filters, and categories. Complete your listing so it can match what they search for. The platform does not assign Members to you.

How do I get inquiries?

When a Member sends an inquiry to your service, it appears on your Contact page. If you have a verified email or WhatsApp number, you may also receive an outbound notice. You can accept or decline. Direct contact opens only after you accept.

Do I need to be verified?

Identity verification is not required to list. The Verified Badge is a plan feature and will come later. It is not a listing gate.

How do I get paid?

The platform does not collect service fees. You and the Member agree the amount and payment method, and you receive payment directly.

How do ratings appear?

After both sides close the inquiry, the Member may rate the service, and you may rate the Member. Ratings appear on the profile and service. Unsubmitted ratings are not counted.

How do I upgrade?
